hinterland of Albenga in Liguria (Italy).
The olives are pitted and preserved either in water
and salt or in first choice oil.
The extra virgin oil is made exclusively with coldpressed
Taggiasca olives, so that the properties of
the olives and the nutrients are not altered or lost.
